What if you create a shield around them? I can make them around myself to avoid injuries but if I use the spell on someone else, inverting the polarity of the magic, I am basically putting them into an unbreakable bubble. They can not hurt others. I could teach you how to do it if you want.

Because when I was a teen I ran away from home with my older boyfriend, missed my A-levels, couldn't go be a nurse because of it, and Nautilus being different or not, I've no desire to see that happen to someone else. And... home is kind of... It's a fortress hidden in plain sight. It would take a very big reason for me to stay somewhere else. It's the safest place in the universe against just about anything. I'd tell you more about it, but... it's not my place to tell. The Doctor just lets me bring in strays. Because he's a sweetheart. And secretly likes people more than he lets on. But it's okay, I'm just used to... well, the Doctor's ship would make her own rooms. So it's a little strange without her.
